At present, the company has five pipelines made of ZG40, ZG50, ZG80, ZG90 and ZG100. Four ultrasonic plasma straight seam welding technologies such as P+T, T+T, P and T are adopted, and advanced IGBT inverter technology is adopted. Titanium pipes of any length can be customized according to customer requirements, which reduces joints between pipes and solves the limitation of titanium pipe production length at present. The annual processing capacity can reach 3000t. Features: Good weld formation, small welding deformation, smooth weld, superior performance and high efficiency. Parameters: 0.5mm≤ wall thickness (δ) ≤ 6.0mm. 16mm≤ diameter (φ) ≤ 325mm
